Siam Sabai - Traditional Thai Massage

When I tell people that I am a Thai Massage therapist they sometimes say “is that the one where you walk all over people”! Well the answer is no, although feet are used during this deeply relaxing treatment, but only for assisting with some of the gentle stretching exercises which are a part of the experience.

Thai massage is ideal for relaxation, release from stress and maximum flexibility as well as increasing the level of health and well-being. Unlike many other massage treatments Thai massage is performed on a mattress on the floor and the receiver remains clothed.

Thai massage is the perfect antidote to the stresses of oganising a wedding. Why not book a surprise massage for your partner, or even bridesmaid!

Thai foot reflexology is a massage of the feet and legs, performed on a specially designed chair. It is part of the tradition of Thai Massage but concentrates specifically on pressure points. It improves circulation in the legs, reduces stiffness to the arms, feet and legs and stimulates lymphatic drainage.

What are the benefits of both Thai massage and Thai foot reflexology? – Well they help you to detox, the immune system is strengthened, they deal with stress, they tone your muscles, help with insomnia and mental tiredness – in other words they make you feel better!

For an appointment you can contact me on 01983 281220 or 07967 665273. You can also e.mail me on I am based in a quiet, relaxing space at the edge of the River Medina on East Cowes Marina.

Treatments start at just £20, gift vouchers are also available.

If you fancy having a mini massage as part of a Bride to Be Pampering Evening then I will be happy to come along, I only need a small warm space to place my mat.
